I am looking for some good SEO software or tool that allows you to see all of the back links to any site. I am specifically looking for one that will show the back links, but also show whether they are do follow or no follow.

Hi there!
Well, personally I don't know any tool which both can show all backlinks to a site and if they are do- or no follow, at the same time.
You can use a tool like the paid tool, "SEO SpyGlass" (Google it), and combine it with a seo plugin in the browser Firefox or Google Chrome, like "Seo Quake", to see if it's a do- or no follow link.

SEO Elite will get all the links reported by Yahoo, Google, msn and a couple of others. It then tells you about those links like PR, nofollow, dofollow, anchor text etc. But all the tools out there can only get what the search engines report, and especially Google will only report a small portion of the actual links.

I think Internet Business Promoter works like that. Its pretty expensive though.
There are plenty of websites which has tools to check backlinks, and it can also display nofollow and dofollow.

SEOBook has a pretty good back link analyzer for free. It can be set to leave out multiple links from the same site and does show the anchor text. http://tools.seobook.com/backlink-analyzer/
I use the foxy seo plugin for firefox to take me to Yahoo which shows the top 1000 links for a site.
Link Harvester is pretty cool:

and LinkDagnosis is good though you have to download their firefox plugin

These are all free but none show if dofollow or not. I use the Search Status FF plugin to see if a site is dofollow or not but you would have to be at the site.

I don’t have any specific software but I think Backlinkwatch and Yahoo site explorer helps you to find the backlinks and competitors.
